By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging RealRoofers for any roofing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and RealRoofers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services
• You must be the property owner or have authorization from the property owner
• All information provided must be accurate and complete

RealRoofers provides professional roofing services including but not limited to:

• Roof Installation: Complete new roof installations for residential and commercial properties
• Roof Repair: Leak repairs, shingle replacement, flashing repairs, and storm damage restoration
• Roof Replacement: Full tear-off and replacement of existing roofing systems
• Inspections: Comprehensive roof assessments and condition reports
• Maintenance: Preventive maintenance programs and gutter services

The specific scope of work will be detailed in your individual service agreement or proposal provided after inspection.

All estimates provided by RealRoofers are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Our pricing policies include:

• Free initial inspections and estimates for most residential projects
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices may be subject to change based on material cost fluctuations
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen structural issues discovered during work

Payment for roofing services is structured as follows:

• Deposit: A deposit of 25-50% is required upon signing the service agreement to secure materials and scheduling
• Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be required at agreed-upon milestones
• Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon completion and final walkthrough approval
• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and financing (where available)

Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, project timelines may be affected by:

• Weather Conditions: Rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or high winds may delay work for safety reasons
• Material Availability: Supply chain issues may affect delivery of specific materials
• Permit Delays: Local permitting requirements may extend project start dates
• Additional Work: Discovery of unforeseen issues requiring additional repairs

RealRoofers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize project disruption.

RealRoofers stands behind our work with comprehensive warranty coverage:

• Workmanship Warranty: 10-year warranty on all installation labor and workmanship
• Manufacturer Warranty: All materials carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 25-50 years)
• Leak-Free Guarantee: 5-year guarantee against leaks related to our installation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealRoofers' liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

RealRoofers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from pre-existing structural deficiencies
• Loss of use, data, or profits arising from service interruptions
• Damage caused by acts of God, natural disasters, or third parties

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Before Materials Ordered: Full refund of deposit minus $150 administrative fee
• After Materials Ordered: Refund of deposit minus cost of non-returnable materials and restocking fees
• After Work Begins: Customer responsible for all materials delivered and work completed to date
• Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel within 3 business days of signing for a full refund (as required by law)

To cancel, please contact us in writing via email or certified mail. Cancellation is effective upon our receipt of your notice.

To ensure efficient and safe completion of your roofing project, the Customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the property and work areas during scheduled work hours
• Remove vehicles, patio furniture, and other items within 15 feet of the structure
• Secure pets indoors during work hours for their safety and our crew's safety
• Ensure access to electricity and water if required for the project
• Notify us of any HOA requirements, access codes, or scheduling restrictions

RealRoofers will take reasonable precautions to protect your landscaping and property. However, some minor damage to vegetation near the work area may occur and is considered a normal consequence of roofing work.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably
• Mediation: Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding mediation
• Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed

Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. The prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees in certain circumstances.
